Brian McPhee
Brian McPhee lived in Glasgow, Scotland until he was 21, when he moved to London. In his early 40s, after a year in New York, he moved with his wife and daughter to a community near Annapolis, Maryland, where they lived for 13 years.
In 2010, he and his wife moved again, to Monpazier, a medieval village in south-west France.
A French resident, he holds UK and US passports and is currently working on his fifth novel.
